Cancellation Policy.
At The Hide, we understand that life can be unpredictable, and sometimes appointments need to be rescheduled. To ensure we can accommodate all of our clients and manage our schedule effectively, we ask that you kindly adhere to the following cancellation policy:
Cancellations or amendments made within 48 hours of your appointment will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled session cost.
Cancellations made 24 hours or less before the appointment will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled session cost.
No-shows will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled session cost.
We appreciate your understanding and cooperation. By honouring these policies, we can continue to provide high-quality services and accommodate other clients who may be waiting for an appointment.
If you need to cancel or amend your appointment, please contact us as soon as possible to avoid any charges.
Thank you for your support and understanding.
Punctuality Policy.
We kindly ask that you arrive on time for your appointment to ensure that we can provide you with the best possible service. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible so we can do our best to accommodate you.
Please note:
If you arrive late to your appointment, your treatment time will be reduced accordingly to avoid affecting subsequent bookings.
We reserve the right to charge the full session fee if the treatment time is shortened due to lateness.
Arriving more than 15 minutes late may result in the cancellation of your appointment, and the full treatment cost will still apply.
We understand that life happens, and we will do our best to accommodate you; however, to ensure fairness to all clients, we appreciate your cooperation in arriving on time.
Thank you for understanding!
Patch Test.
To ensure your safety and prevent any adverse reactions, a patch test is required 48 hours prior to your skin peels, tinting or brow lamination appointment. This is a legal requirement to ensure that we can provide a safe and enjoyable experience for all clients.
What is a Patch Test? A patch test involves applying a small amount of the product to a discreet area of your skin to check for any allergic reactions. This test ensures that your skin can tolerate the products used during your treatment. If it has been 6 months or more since your last tinting or brow lamination treatment, a new patch test is required before your appointment.
Booking Your Patch Test:
We recommend you book your patch test as soon as possible to allow for the full 48 hours before your appointment.
If you have any questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us.
If a patch test is not completed within the required 48-hour window, we will unfortunately need to reschedule your appointment to ensure your safety.
Thank you for your cooperation and understanding!
